Description:

Brady's B-140 BradyLam™ Sign is a printed polyester film that is permanently bonded to a fiberglass panel. A Tedlar® laminate protects the graphics.

Use:
Brady's B-140 BradyLam™ Sign are designed for use indoors or outdoors, especially in extreme harsh environments.

Special Properties:
Brady B-140 BradyLam™ Signs are overlaminated with Tedlar® to protect the graphics from UV light, dirt and harsh chemicals.

Substrate Type:
Polyester with reinforced fiberglass backing overlaminated with Tedlar®.

Standard Material Colors:
White and Yellow

Standard Legend Colors:
Red, Blue, Green and Black are the most commonly used colors. Other colors are also available.

Thickness (ASTM D 1593):
0.11 in. (2.8 mm)

Abrasion Resistance (Method 5306 of U.S. Federal Test Method Std. No. 191A):
CS-10 wheels, 500 g wts.
Withstands up to 1700 cycles

Gloss (ASTM D523°):
60°- 64 Gardner units

Service Temperature:
-40ºF to 230ºF (-40ºC to 110ºC)

Average Outdoor Durability:
Up to 15 years (Average expected outdoor life of product will depend on user definition of failure and climatic conditions).
