Description:


Brady B-590 Commercial Grade Aluminum Safety Sign is a lightweight aluminum  sign panel with a protective coating  that holds up well in indoor or outdoor applications. The protective coating is abrasion and chemical resistant. The panels are round-cornered and punched for application to rigid surfaces and will not rust, even in extremely wet environments or if marred. The lightweight material conforms well to curved surfaces.

Use:
Brady B-590 signs are designed for use in industrial, utility, commercial, and institutional environments. Common uses include safety signs, utility signs, information signs and equipment warning signs. The sign construction is recommended for both indoor and outdoor use.

0.024 inch coated aluminum with protective coating

Standard Material Colors:
Yellow, blue, green, red, orange, and white (conforms to OSHA recommendations)

Standard Legend Colors:
Black, white, red, blue, green and magenta

Total: 0.024 in. (0.6096 mm)

Abrasion Resistance (Method 5306 of U.S. Federal Test Method Std. No. 191A):
CS-17 wheels, 1000 g wts.
Protective coating withstands 350 cycles

Service Temperature:
-40°F to 193°F (-40°C to 90°C)

7 Day Immersion: Immersed in reagent for 7 days.
Dip Test: Five 10 minute dips in reagent with 30 minute recovery.
Rub Test: Rubbed sample for 1 minute with swab soaked in reagent.

Unlimited when stored at 70°F (21°C) and 40% to 50% R.H.
