Description:
Brady B-627 is a gold polyester film with a translucent matte printable topcoat and a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
Brady B-627 is used for high quality labels, emblems, and rating plates used for identification, marking, and instruction panels. Variable information can be added to B-627 using dot-matrix print method. The Brady Series 2000 and 5000 ribbons are recommended for dot matrix printing of B-627.
Brady B-627 offers a rich metallized gold appearance, as well as good heat resistance and dimensional stability.

The following testing is performed with the B-627 printed with the Brady Series 2000 and 5000 ribbons and laminated to aluminum panels. All samples allowed to dwell 24 hours prior to testing.

SOLVENT RESISTANCE
|
Samples were printed with Series 2000 and 5000 ribbons, laminated to aluminum panels, and dwelled 24 hours prior to test. Testing consisted of 5 cycles of 10 minute immersions in the specified chemicals followed by 30 minute recovery periods. After the final immersion the samples were rubbed immediately 10 times with cotton swabs saturated in test fluids. Testing was conducted at room temperature.
