Our lockout procedure station's silk-screened backboard is made from durable polystyrene and includes pre-drilled holes and hardware for wall mounting. The backboard measures 20"H x 14"W x 4 1/2"D. The LOSP22 Lockout Procedure Station includes 1 - Backboard with white PVC coated steel binder rack and hardware and a Lockout Procedure Binder (LOSB1). (Procedure Forms sold separately)
